I used multiple pairs of these as interconnects between my Arcam AVR10 and 2 Outlaw 7 channel amplifiers for a 7.2.4 surround system. I first tried some cheaper FosPower cables which I believe are coaxial cable based. Those cables produced a buzzing sound in some of my speakers. These Monster cables appear to be twisted pair with a shield architecture and it does not produce the buzzing in my speakers. The speakers are dead quiet now when nothing is playing. I was skeptical, but it does appear that RCA cables can matter and these are great value. They seem comparable to my Worlds Best Cables Canare + Amphenols that I use in my turntable setup but for half the price. Like those, these Monster cables are also directional though I had to look at the printing on the insulation to determine the direction. I added a larger label with arrows using a label maker. Lastly, it appears as though some people have issues with the turbine RCA connector being too tight or hard to remove on their equipment but they seemed just right on my Arcam and Outlaws and I had no issue there installing and removing multiple times to test.

Look at the ends before you purchase!!!
These have tapered ends on them. They will not fit in a LOT of equipment. They are solid other than that, and if your inputs look like the ones pictured, they will NOT work. They barely fit on and if anything bumps them they instantly fall off. horrible design
