The item I received is higher in quality than the picture and price lead me to expect. The jacks and insulation are relatively beefy (not quite traveling stage performer standard, but you'd pay more for that). I appreciate nice touches like labeling the RCA plugs with what they connect to on the TRS jack.
The RCA jacks are perhaps a little on the loose side, but not enough to subtract even half a star; also, they're slightly different than in the picture: a little longer, and the left/mono sheathe is black, not white.
If you look at the picture you can see that the cable actually leaves the right-angle 3.5mm as the paired style of cable, which I appreciate, but be aware in case that would cause issues for your application.

didn't fit phones or tablets with cases
when I first got hands on with this cable I noticed the thicker rubber coating and it made me hopeful that it would help with durability. My issue started when I went to plug it in. I found that it will not work with any of my phones and tablets that have cases on them. I attached a photo of the previous cable I was using that has an "Extension" before the boot to ensure the jack can clear cases. I gave a 1 star since the cable was marketed for this purpose but I cannot utilize it without risk to damaging devices by removing them from their protective cases to use this cord. the Hosa is on the right, old belkin on the left.
